De Aeternitate Mundi: Analysis on Aquinas' Arguments Against the Beginning of the Universe

Lecture in which I analyzed Aquinas’s arguments for the eternity of the world and contrasted them with the Borde-Guth-Vilenkin theorem, concluding that causal finitist theories, when combined with contemporary cosmological theorems, can provide a probabilistic case for a temporal beginning of the universe.
