I explore how a scholastic ontology allows for a more adequate understanding of quantum entanglement in Bell experiments without violating the principle of locality.

Using Beuchot’s Thomistic hermeneutics and Pereda’s theory of colonial vices, I develop a new perspective on the ontology of “Lo Mexicano” (Available in Spanish and English).

I explore how analyzing the debate on open borders from the foundations of the liberal-democratic state allows us to derive counterarguments against the constitution of the demos through state coercion, implying that liberal democracies are not consistent with their own fundamental principles.
